Mission:  To provide the gold standard of service to every Mount Washington Resort guest. With a warm, friendly welcome in the morning, to a warm, friendly thank you and good-bye at the end of the day, deliver information and provide needed guest services in the Bretton Woods Base Lodge and on the mountain.

Mount Washington Resort prides itself for its high level of guest service, and the volunteers in the Resort Host Program enjoy bringing this high level of service to our skiing/riding guests. The program currently is very active at Bretton Woods, but for the 2009/10 winter season there will be two expansions. The first will involve some of the Resort Hosts becoming members in the National Ski Patrol MT Host Program. These hosts will take an Outdoor First Care course and become members in the NSP. These hosts will work closely with our Ski Patrol and offer another level of service to our skiing/riding guests. The second will be an expansion of the program to the Bretton Woods Nordic Center.
