Culinary Apprentice Program Schedule
The Culinary Apprentice Program at Mount Washington Resort is a full-time, year-round, 3-year program, including two rolling-start semesters per year. Each semester will be made up of 2-3 lecture classes and 4 labs, for a minimum of 10 credits per semester.
A typical week during the program will include lecture classes on 2-3 days per week and 30-40 hours of hands-on training with the culinary staff in The Mount Washington Hotel and other kitchens around Mount Washington Resort.
NOTE: The Culinary Apprentice Programs are currently full for 2009. We will begin accepting applications for the 2010 Programs in November 2009.
