* All Townhomes require a two-night minimum stay. A longer minimum stay may be required during peak periods.
Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellation made after a reservation has been confirmed will incur a $25 processing fee.
- Cancellations received 21 days or more prior to arrival will result in a 100% refund of deposit per room, less the $25 processing fee.
- Cancelling 14-21 days prior to your arrival date will result in a 50% refund of deposit, less the $25 processing fee.
- Cancelling under 14 days prior to your arrival date, early departures, and un-cancelled reservations will result in a full forfeiture of deposit.
